This section lists some common errors and how to troubleshoot them. For the most part the problems with the Minstrel III will be the same as those while the Minstrel and Minstrel Plus:
Palm III locks up when switching communications applications.
Unable to connect to the Internet or the Minstrel III won't register onto the wireless network.
PPP Timeout Errors occur when attempting to connect to the Minstrel.
Error messages - "Not Resolving Server Address" or "Can't Resolve Server Name"
Email Error Messages - When attempting to send email, the error messages "Cannot Connect With SMTP Server" or "Unable To Send Message" appear.
My battery doesn't seem to charge.
I have just upgraded to Palm OS 3.3 and can't connect with my Minstrel III.
