Palm OS 3.3 Not Connecting

I have just upgraded to Palm OS 3.3 & can't connect with my Minstrel III.

1. From the 'Applications' list on your Palm:

2. Open the 'Prefs', change to the 'Connection' page.

3. Tap 'New' to add a new connection type, and change the name to 'Minstrel III'.

4. Change the connection method to 'Serial to PC'.

5. Tap 'Details' and check the settings. Speed should be set to '19,200bps' 'Flow Control' should be set to 'On', and 'String' should be blank - no entries in the field.

6. Tap 'OK', then tap 'OK' again to complete the new Connection type.

7. Change to the 'Network' selection from the dropdown at upper right.  Change the connection item to the new 'Minstrel III'.

8. Attempt to connect.
